How to Arrange a Return for a Faulty Item

  1. Email us first: info@fit-test-clinic.com.au

    • We’ll advise if there’s an easy solution, or

    • Confirm if a return is necessary.

  2. Send the item back (we recommend registered, insured, or tracked shipping) to:

Return Process

  1. We receive and inspect the item.

  2. If exchanging, we send replacement goods.

  3. If refunding, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

    • Processing time depends on your bank or provider (up to 7 days in some cases).

  4. Refunds require the original payment method (credit card must be present for card refunds).

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and all relevant return and consumer guarantee obligations. Fit Test Clinic reserves the right to accept or refuse returns beyond what is required by law.
