Non-Returnable Items: Hygiene & Health Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on these items.
Exceptions:
Items that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the sample or description can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Ex-Display / Scratch & Dent Items
Sold as-is, with any scratches, dents, or faults described as accurately as possible.
If there is a major fault not described, we will cover it.
If the mistake is ours, all postage within Australia will be covered.
Do not use or unseal any faulty or incorrect items—contact us as soon as possible.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If you do not wish to keep a Sale purchase and it is not faulty, we recommend gifting it or donating it to a charity.
Non-faulty Sale returns will be donated to the Salvation Army on your behalf.
Faulty Sale items will be handled according to Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process
We receive and inspect the item.
If exchanging, we send replacement goods.
If refunding, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or provider (up to 7 days in some cases).
Refunds require the original payment method (credit card must be present for card refunds).
We comply with Australian Consumer Law and all relevant return and consumer guarantee obligations. Fit Test Clinic reserves the right to accept or refuse returns beyond what is required by law.
Requirements for Returns with a Receipt or Tax Invoice
The item must be unused and in original packaging
Receipt or tax invoice must be valid and intact
Refunds will be processed to the original tender
Other Returns / Exchanges
Under Australian Consumer Law, your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure is not major
We will accept product returns and provide a replacement, refund, or repair if:
The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality
The product is not fit for its intended purpose
The product does not match its sample or description
Tip: Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Our team may request identification when processing a return without a receipt.
